Experienced Alabama Criminal Defense Attorney: As a sole practitioner since graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995, I have developed the ability to analyze the circumstances of a case to determine whether a trial is in the best interest of my clients, or if they are better served through diplomacy. This decision is based on the different facts of each case. I have tried cases from murder, and robbery to drug possession. Because I have tried cases, I also have been able to negotiate fair settlements for my clients.
Aggressive Mobile Alabama Personal Injury Lawyer: The most typical injury that I encounter is some type of spinal injury, most frequently, back pain. I have had to deal with lower back pain (LBP) personally for many years and I have an intimate knowledge of this common ailment. I work hard to maximize the compensation for my clients as I understand what they are going through. At my law firm, Michael A. Wing, P.C., my goal is to provide my clients with practical advice based on my personal experience with back problems and pain as well as my professional experience working with clients who have been injured through no fault of their own. Of course back injuries are not the only type of injury that I have represented clients for in the past. I have experience helping people recover for multiple types of injuries, including families recover for the death of a loved one. My cases have included recovering in excess of $1,000,000 for my clients.
Caring Divorce and Family Law Attorney in Mobile Alabama: Personally, I hate divorce. My parents divorced, and so did approximately half of our parents in America. At the law firm of Michael A Wing, P.C., I personally try to help my clients avoid divorce through reconciliation. When clients first come to me, I try to get couples to explore all the alternatives to divorce. Of course, there are times and circumstances that ultimately result in divorce. In those cases, I work to resolve the matter to my client's benefit.
Although it is true that the vast majority of cases settle prior to trial, divorce cases are often heated and result in litigation. I have litigated before both of the Domestic judges in Mobile County. In the cases we are not able to resolve peacefully, I have experience in presenting the facts to the court and the much needed experience when dealing with adversarial counsel for the other side.
I hope none of you have to come to me for a divorce, but if you do, I will treat you with respect. I will return your calls, and I will try to minimize the stress and havoc that is typically associated with divorce.
